1099 Subcontractor | Luxury STR Operations
We are seeking a skilled, reliable handyman to handle repairs and maintenance at our high-end short-term rental properties.
Responsibilities: General repairs, drywall, painting, doors/hardware, fixtures, minor plumbing/electrical, furniture and property repairs, preventative maintenance, and small improvement projects. Must identify issues, communicate clearly, and deliver quality work.
Looking for: Broad handyman experience, reliability, dependability, professionalism, problem-solving skills, and pride in quality workmanship.
