POSITION SUMMARY:Position Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to participants in the Emergency Shelter program at Northside Common Ministries. This role involves assessing participant needs, developing individualized service plans, and coordinating services and resources to promote self-sufficiency and housing stability.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate referrals and link participants to appropriate resources and services.
Status: Full-time
Location: Northside Common Ministries -1601 Brighton Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15212, USA
External Hiring Range: $18.11-$20.81
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday (10:00am – 6:00pm) Schedule can vary depending on department needs.
Travel Required: Occasional travel may is required, to Goodwill sites in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
QUALIFICATIONS:Required Experience: must have experience working with homeless populations
