Espresso Dreams
Espresso Dreams refers to that happy feeling that comes over an espresso lover as they drift off to sleep thinking of the delicious espresso they will have in the next morning.Searching for Great Espresso wherever it can be found
For people who love espresso, that complex and interesting coffee preparation that comes in small doses. It is not about latte, macchiatto, cappuccino, flat white. The only art is the crema on top.

ABOUT
Espresso Dreams began when I was given a Rancilio Silvia for father’s day over a decade ago. It was a story of frustration. I couldn’t make a decent espresso. I had no idea about what was involved. It became an obsession — not necessarily a health one — to learn how to make an excellent espresso. Now 10+ years and countless YouTube videos, conversations with baristas, gadget purchases, and experiments later, I find myself searching for interesting coffee beans from which to make great espresso at home. I also search for great espresso in the cities I visit. This is my Espresso Dream.
